GROUP CLASSES | COTTESLOE

Enjoy a 45 minutes boot camp class combining cardio and strength training.

The session involves, lunges, tricep dips, burpees, squats, planks, push-ups and a lot more!!

It doesn´t matter what your fitness level is as you can perform each exercise at your own pace.

All equipment is provided.
