Mild manner financial adviser by day but as the sun rises I become a dawn busting personal trainer. I have trained in gyms for well over 10 years. During this time, I trained with some of Perth’s best PTs (one on one), whilst also doing group strength classes and training on my own. As a result of his consistent training regime, I have been able to climb multiple 3,000-metre peaks in New Zealand and trek to Everest Base Camp in May 2023. Furthermore, my ongoing training gives me the confidence to climb Mt Kilimanjaro later this year and to undertake the Kokoda trail next year. I’m a huge believer in ‘use it or lose it’ and am fully aware that as you move from your 30s into your 40s, 50s, and beyond, if you aren’t moving it you are definitely losing it. I have a passion for helping these people in their 40s, 50s, and beyond realise the amazing health benefits of regular exercise, in particular strength and conditioning training.
