Hello! My name is Paul. I am a dedicated and passionate strength and conditioning coach who enjoys helping clients achieve their muscle-building goals, and I have extensive experience in the fitness industry. I have developed a reputation for delivering effective and science-based hypertrophy training programs.
Training Philosophy: I believe in a structured and progressive approach to hypertrophy training by focusing on proper technique, progressive overload, and individualized programming. I ensure that clients maximize muscle growth while minimizing the risk of injury.
I am a high-energy Personal Trainer. Proven record in motivating clients to safely achieve weight loss goals through detailed and effective diet plans. Certified with CPR training and have a talent for developing fitness programs that exceed revenue targets and increase memberships. I work with clients of all fitness levels and ages, that have different fitness goals. I train 1- on 1 and in small group settings. My style utilises weights and body resistance to work towards body recomposition.
My training styles are based on education and research. I constantly sharpen my skills and learn new methods, which I implement with my clients. I focus on making sessions fun and interactive. You’ll usually find me conversing and laughing with my clients between intense sets.
I’m based in Perth; I have worked with clients who are seeking to improve their overall fitness and well-being.
I believe in taking a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on building strength, enhancing performance, and preventing injuries. My training programs are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring they achieve optimal results.

It is my passion to guide and help others to become the best possible versions of themselves!
To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, my top tips are to always have a training goal in mind, keep things simple, track your progress and remember to enjoy yourself throughout the process.
Currently, my greatest personal achievement is utilising all my training knowledge and skills to prepare for a body-building competition.
