Hi, my name is Matthew Han and I am a qualified personal trainer who can also give nutrition advice and able to write nutrition plans. Whoever wants to have the balance of training and a good diet plan shall hit me up. I have been going to the gym for 11 years now and still going strong. I have always been very interested in fitness and nutrition. I am very interested in means and women’s health. I believe exercise not only benefits the physical but also mental health. My purpose in training clients is not only to make sure they achieve their goals but to enjoy the journey of how they get there. I am also very good at motivating clients verbally and mentally.
