Hey! My name is Jacinta. I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Level 1 CrossFit trainer. I’m also studying nutrition therefore have a general sense of what, when and why we could be fuelling ourselves so as to meet varying goals.
I’m a Perth girl who’s recently returned after spending the last 4 years in Thailand. Although fitness has been in and out of my upbringing, Thailand is where I found my passion for it, and subsequently shared that passion by getting my qualifications and coaching others in the way I was coached; with accountability, grace, humility and empowerment. I believe fitness is more than just about looks, it frees the mind from daily stresses and holds limitless
potential for success towards individualistic goals. Whether that be improve energy levels, muscle gain, weight loss, attaining your first ever push up/pull up or simply having accountability.
The fitness camp I worked in on Koh Samui in Thailand had me work with an extremely wide range of clients, and running high energy group classes that had people feeling accomplished and coming back for more, even if that just meant showing up. It’s super important to tackle where the mind fights the body and the body fights the mind, break down those barriers, get into action and evidently see some results. The range of client goals I’ve worked with is extensive, I have no doubt I can help you to meet yours 🙂
