Having worked as a nurse for over 20 years, I have always been there to help my patients improve their health.
As a Fitness Professional, I want to help and motivate you to improve your health, and feel better and stronger.
I enjoy keeping fit and in particular enjoy the fun and energy of group cardio, HIIT, and boxing classes.
