Hi! I’m Alana, a registered personal trainer from the UK, dedicated to prioritising the unique needs and goals of each and every one of my clients. My training philosophy focuses on developing personalised programs that promote physical fitness while enhancing mental well-being also.
I believe physical activity is essential for a healthy lifestyle, playing a crucial role in disease prevention and management—especially as we age. With a strong academic background in exercise physiology, I am passionate about educating and inspiring others to prioritise their health through exercise and strive to foster a supportive and motivating environment where you can feel comfortable and confident in your journey.
I have significant experience in exercise prescription and delivery in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I’ve worked with a diverse range clients, from children to adults presenting with a wide range of health conditions and disabilities.
Before relocating to Australia, I worked in stroke rehabilitation, where I played a key role in the implementation of prescribed rehabilitation programs. I assisted patients in restoring their overall function and mobility after a stroke, witnessing firsthand the transformative power of tailored exercise. This experience deepened my understanding of how personalised fitness programs can significantly impact recovery and improve quality of life.
Since supporting NDIS participants in Australia, I leverage my background to design effective and adaptive exercise programs tailored to a diverse range of needs. My passion lies in empowering each of my clients, regardless of fitness level or experience, to achieve their personal fitness goals no matter how big or small.
I’m excited to help you on your fitness journey and unlock your full potential. Let’s work together to create a healthier, happier you!
