Hello! I’m a passionate and dedicated personal trainer with a love for fitness and a strong background in sport and exercise science. Born in the UK, I discovered my interest in sports at a young age, participating in activities such as football/soccer, tennis, and karate. However, my experiences with sport and exercise on the fitness weren’t always smooth due to my ADHD and Dyspraxia, which made me apprehensive about embarrassing myself. It all changed when I joined the right gym and fell in love with the incredible things my body could achieve. The connections I made there also became a source of support during challenging times.
In 2015, I obtained my Cert 3 in fitness, and I further pursued my passion by earning a bachelor’s degree in Sport Science, Exercise and Health at UWA. Currently, I am pursuing my Master’s in clinical exercise physiology, expanding my knowledge and expertise in the field. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, gaining valuable experience in functional fitness, injury prevention, strength and conditioning for older adults, mental health, boxing, sport specific training and more.
In addition to my work as a personal trainer, I am also a kids sports coach at the UWA Kids holiday program. This role allows me to teach children various functional movement and sport-related skills, promoting a love for physical activity from a young age.
On a personal level, I have accomplished several half marathons and have my sights set on running a full marathon and even an ultra marathon in the future.
My own experiences have taught me the importance of creating an environment that supports clients’ specific needs and goals. I strive to cut through the noise of the industry, providing my clients with the tools, knowledge, and support to lead happier and healthier lives.
