My dream is to make the world a happier, healthier place, by supporting people to reach their full potential. As an avid sports enthusiast and through being part of hurling events and swimming competitions, I understand the importance of fitness and how it is able to positively affect our life. I strongly believe its the journey to the destination that matters the most!

I’ve nursed for 7 years and from a young age have enjoyed helping others. In that time I have always used  fitness to get through the good and bad days! I want other people to feel the same on the more challenging days fitness and healthy food choices to be a lifestyle rather than a deed. I’ve decided to chase my passion, take the plunge and try my utmost best to encourage and motivate others to reach their fitness goals and reach their true potential.  Alone we achieve a lot but together we are powerful! I love to  always aim to make fitness enjoyable while pushing limits to reach your own personal goal and find the best version of you. I have a keen interest in HIIT training and like to get the endorphins pumping. I am keen to hear each individual story and the reasoning behind your goal. I try my best to take everything into consideration and make these lifestyle changes in the most healthy attainable way no matter what the timeframe.
