Hi my name is Luh, and here is a bit of me:
I’m originally from Brazil, where I have lived most of my life. I have a passion for Nutrition and Fitness, and I have always been involved in the fitness field doing dance, gymnastics, pole dance, yoga, and weight training. But for cultural reasons, I did my degree and masters in Business Accounting.
After working in the corporate world for while I come to realize that I needed to do something else, something which would fulfill me and allow me to help other people. So, I decided to become a personal trainer and study nutrition. Now, as a PT, I can use my knowledge, experience, and love of fitness to help enrich somebody else’s life and achieve their health goals.
I am also a mum of two beautiful kids, and after all the challenges that motherhood brought to me, I fell in love with Low Pressure Fitness technique. LPF uses hypopressive techniques to strengthen the deepest core muscles. Then, I decided to become a LPF certified and Pre & Postpartum training certified, which allow me safely to help other mums with core and pelvic floor issues.
