I have always loved working with and around people, and have an affinity for wanting to help others, combining this and my love of fitness has led me to becoming a personal trainer. Nothing is more satisfying or rewarding than unlocking peoples fitness goals and seeing them transform and going above and beyond to achieve their own personal goals.
Personally I enjoy strength training combining both body and free weights, I love the body feeling strong knowing it can do what I need it to do to get through every day life, not only now but long into the future.
As a mum of 2 young kids I know how crazy life can get and the importance of having the time out to take care of yourself, not only physically but mentally also to be the best version of ourselves, for those around us.
