I have always had a love for health and fitness, although my true passion didn’t arise until after I had my children and wanted to focus on my own health and fitness. Lifting weights has helped me, not only physically but mentally. And therefore, becoming a personal trainer has given me the motivation to be able to help my clients use working out to their advantage and focus on themselves, we all have struggles and life is crazy so let’s take some time out and lift some weights.
