The fitness industry has been a part of my life for a very long time looking at about 27 years now.
My expertise and experience are very vast, I have experienced many different training styles over the years. I have trained all different types of people from very young to the elderly.
I competed in strength sports and hold many titles from my time competing. This has also given me the knowledge of safe training, quality over quantity is very important.
I have transformed many clients in my time including myself as my styles of training developed and changed. There are many stand out clients I’ve had from regular individuals to athletes in high-end sports.
Being a trainer isn’t just turning up doing the session and walking away. I’ve found that over time the client becomes more of a friend and lifelong friendships have been formed in my time.
I strongly believe any type of physical training can increase your quality of life and longevity. I hope we can start this journey together and slowly transform you.
