Hi, I’m Lea!
I’ve been in the fitness industry since 1993, and over the years, I’ve developed a real passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the process along the way.
My sessions focus on strength training, flexibility, mobility, and breathing techniques. I believe fitness should be fun and something you actually look forward to, not a chore. I always set realistic, achievable goals so you can build confidence and see progress over time, with plenty of support and care.
Whether you’re just getting started or getting back into it, I’ll meet you where you’re at. My aim is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel good about moving your body, and leave each session feeling better than when you started.
