Hi, I’m Layne.  I’ve been around fitness and sports my entire life. I’ve dedicated many years to focusing on my personal fitness and growth and have a major passion for helping people. I’ve been a support worker for over 2 years and have loved that but have decided to chase my passion for health and fitness. I play semi-professional rugby league and love anything sports related. My passion for health and fitness isn’t just about building muscle or losing weight it’s about personal development. I have a passion for helping people achieve their goals and love to make a difference in other people’s journeys.
