My name is Damien Wise and I am a personal trainer and Rumble Fit instructor.
My favourite type is workout is mechanical tension strength training and boxing fitness. I like to constantly push myself to my limits and make daily progress and love seeing my clients make their daily progress!
Adding a progressive overload to my workouts is crucial to stimulate muscle fibre growth and increase bone density.
I like boxing as my main form of cardio because it’s a fun way to keep my heart rate up and keep me moving!
When I’m not working I like to write and produce my music in my home studio, I play guitar, bass, drums, and sing, I have performed at many venues across Australia and I also like to stream video games in my free time!
