I grew up in the South of France where I got introduced to the world of sports with Figure Ice Skating at the age of 6. During my childhood, I also got a taste of dancing, tennis, basketball and enjoyed the occasional ski seasons in our beautiful mountains. As my passion for health and fitness grew, I spent years self-experimenting with nutrition and started my own fitness journey in 2011. I joined my first gym in the Netherlands where I created my own fitness and nutrition plan, successfully lost 10kg and maintained healthy habits ever since. In 2015, I decided to share my passion and started teaching group fitness classes, first in London, then in Brussels and now in Brisbane. I am now a dedicated Personal Trainer who loves helping others with their fitness goals, through my knowledge and experience, to create sustainable changes and healthy habits.
