Hi! My name is Chris Williams and I’ve been a fitness trainer for more than 20 years. I have dedicated my life to helping people become fitter and stronger, increase their energy, and build self-confidence. My unique approach helps both the mind and body, helping to prepare you to be at your very best.
8 years ago I added a 500-hour yoga instructor accreditation to my resume, as I saw first-hand the benefits better flexibility and mobility provide to the mind and body. I spent many months in India achieving this level of certification. It is one of the highlights of my fitness journey.
I’m a very personable person and enjoy being on the journey with each of my clientele as they achieve their own personal best. With my experience, together we will have you feeling on top of the world in no time.
The majority of clientele I begin with have normally spent very little time in the gym, so the initial focus is generally to build a foundation to increase strength, prevent injury, increase mobility, and boost energy. We focus on technique and correct posture to ensure we have you performing each exercise correctly, with the correct weight for what stage you are at in your journey.
Finally, I’m experienced in weight loss, over the years I’ve helped 100’s of clientele lose weight by implementing a proven strategy that also ensures you keep the weight off. So whether you are looking to lose 3-5kgs or 10-20kgs+ I can help formulate an achievable action plan to reshape your body, habits, and mindset with easy-to-follow and achievable methods.
