Hello, I am Bharath Stinson! Throughout My years of personal and group training I have educated and supported my clients in their health and fitness journey.
My mission is to helps as many people as possible to achieve their ideal level of fitness and feel more confident and happy. Using my signature high intensity with Bharath program and other training programs which include body toning, strength training and low-impact training ,my clients have been able to make permanent and sustainable changes to both their mindset and lifestyle.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports and Rehabilitation Science from Curtin university and also completing my second degree in Physiotherapy. With my knowledge and skill set working with athletes and clients from athlete performance gyms and chronic clinics it has given me the confidence and ability to pass my knowledge to everyone who wants to make a change in their lives.
A little bit about me. I am a fully qualified exercise scientist/personal trainer & physiotherapist. I gained interest in fitness when I was 12years old and that interest quickly developed into a passion and I played professional football for 3 years and when on to serve the military for a couple years. I am always excited and motivated to see people taking their first step towards becoming healthier and better!
I believe the most effective way to decrease fat gain muscle ,confidence and endurance is through training and nutrition. I always keep updated with evidence-based workouts and diets for a better physique and mindset.
It doesn’t matter if you’re an absolute beginner or working out is your second nature, my programs can help you reach your next fitness goals and feel the confidence you deserve!:)
