I am a single mum of 2 beautiful children who keep me busy with their recent obsession for Basketball, having signed up to coach my sons’ team I am learning new skills all round.
I have always had an interest in nutrition and fitness and now at the tender age of 52 ? I am putting this into action. After swim teaching for 10years I have decided to spread my wings and deliver a different genre of coaching on dry land.
I believe it is even more important as people enter their mature years to continue to be as active as possible, not all about lifting heavy weights but focussing on our balance, mobility, and flexibility.
Working hand in hand with fitness is eating well and as I have a dangerous passion for food, I will be continuing my studies into Nutrition.
