CALISTHENICS | WEIGHT LOSS | STRENGHT TRAINING | ENDURANCE TRAINING
I’m from Aix-EnProvence a small city situated in the South of France, there’s where I began to develop a passion for Calisthenics.
The word calisthenics comes from the ancient Greek words Kalós, which means “beautiful”, and Sthenos, meaning “strength” (great mental strength, courage, physical strength, and determination). Calisthenics is a discipline that requires little to no equipment and that uses one’s body weight. In Calisthenics, I train individuals and groups to perform skills such as Muscle-ups, Handstands, Back Lever, Front Lever, Elbow Lever… and I also train the bodyweight conditioning to be able to achieve those, step by step.
Seeing people improving their physical state, achieving their goals and by results making them more confident and happier in their lives, always reminds me why I choose to become a Personal trainer 🙂
I believe that anything is achievable with a good amount of determination and resilience.
Also, that it is not the destination but the journey that changes us!
